A Swiss national born in 1963, Philippe Antille holds qualifications in Engineering, Industry Accounting and ASPQ Quality processes.

 Philippe worked with some of the major watchmakers in Switzerland - including Rolex - for 19 years, where he headed up the department of mechanical movements assembly.  He was responsible for various processes, including development, industrialization, Human Resources and methods.
