Service 1

The requirements definition is the first and most critical phase and includes the definition of the costs, potential, viability and product lifecycle. The definition of the target market including sales provisions and a marketing concept is also part of this phase. The simulation of the markets and manufacturing processes are decision-making elements which allow you to measure overall performance.

Service 2

Product concept (industrial and financial) describes the entire logistics manufacturing chain. Resources and contracts are specified and the patentability study is also begun during this phase. Service 2 runs in parallel to service 1.

Service 3

Prototyping establishes the technical and financial feasibility of the product. This phase also allows minor changes to the industrial product and process.

Service 4

Industrialization is linked to all the expectations of stages 01 -03 . The quality criteria and time cost management are important for this service. The following steps of providing the finished products are the results of the creation of the value chain.
